Web accessibility has been the hot topic this past semester as schools nationwide race to meet the Department of Justice’s updated Title II mandate. At Eastern, we are also making accessibility a priority–not just for compliance, but for our students. This past Spring, the CTLT launched a series of Lunch and Learn sessions and our Brightspace accessibility checklist. We’ve also been busy helping you remediate existing courses.
